On Christmas Eve, we took Maddy to meet a good Kitano family friend, Nobu at his restaurant Oki Dog. This is the kitchen that sparked Mike's culinary career. He tells us stories about working behind that counter when he was 8 years old. They are famous for their Oki Dog, which is 2 hot dogs with chili, cheese, onion and pastrami wrapped in a tortilla, I enjoy the tuna sandwich and fries!
